Faculty Appointment Form
All clinical faculty who support the training initiatives of the AHEC project are entitled to receive faculty appointments at GWU School of Medicine and Health Sciences. Faculty may submit an online personal data form. A copy of their CV should be submitted either by mail or electronically to:

Once these materials are processed, faculty will receive notification from the Office of Faculty Affairs at GWU regarding benefits and library privileges.
